Cleveland Browns' 21-7 win over Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night was overshadowed by a brawl when Browns defender Myles Garrett swung a helmet at Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in the final seconds of the game.

Steeler vs Browns: NFL brawl

Baker Mayfield passed for two touchdowns and ran for another, while a physical defensive effort enabled the Browns to batter the arch-rival Pittsburgh Steelers 21-7 on Thursday night in the American football match. However, the game was marred by the brawl that broke out in the final seconds of the game when Browns' defensive end Myles Garrett removed the helmet of Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph and then swung it at him, sparking a brawl between the two teams. Steelers players immediately came to Rudolph's defence, resulting in his teammate Maurkice Pouncey kicking Garrett in the head. Garrett and Pouncey were ejected, along with Browns' defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi, who also had a prominent role in the fight.

However, players from both teams said the incident wasn't the result of increased tensions from multiple helmet-to-helmet hits that took place earlier in the game.

NFL Brawl: A likely suspension for Myles Garrett

Myles Garrett, the 2018 Pro Bowler later added that he doesn't believe the incident overshadowed his team's victory. It is just a matter of time before the NFL announces a likely suspension for Garrett. When asked, Browns' head coach Freddie Kitchens told reporters he was unsure what to expect in the aftermath of the incident.

Garrett, who had one tackle in the game, came into Week 11 with 10 sacks and as a prime contender for the Defensive Player of the Year award.
