In the recent post on Twitter, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport revealed how Jay-Z played a role in helping Colin Kaepernick get a trial for himself ahead of the start of the upcoming season. Jay-Z has been working in close tandem with NFL franchises in order to battle the social injustices across the league. The hip-hop mogul's main role is to help manage the NFL's music and entertainment, while also revamping its "Inspire Change" initiative.
