Who called Shaker Heights police on black kids playing football? Ohio cops and black kids playing football video goes viral

Recently, an unidentified person called cops on black kids who were playing football in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Wendy Brown, mor of one of children, spoke to Fox8 about officers. She stated that y encourage ir kids to 'go outside and just be kids', which why y were outside playing 'football out in street like y do any or time'.

Brown ded that one of cops who responded to  call came to her and told her he doesn't know what to do, but 'someone called police on kids' who were simply playing on streets. Wendy Brown, who did not know name of cop, revealed that cop told her that y also used to play on streets when y were kids. Brown captured cops playing with her kids on her phone, and stated that if y 'didn’t have three gentlemen that came over to check on m, it could’ve gone way worse'.

People responded positively to incident, saying that y needed this kind of positivity as racial tensions are high in country. Many users were angry at person who called cops but applauded cops who played with kids, showing everyone exactly how police need to be. call was me amid ongoing protests in USA, which started after George Floyd was murdered by a Minneapolis officer on May 25. Black Lives Matter protests have raged on over past few weeks, especially as people have started speaking about racial injustice and police brutality in country.
