Olympic champion Manu Bhaker recently walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week, and a video of her doing so has gone viral. The shooter was representing an apparel company at the event. Bhaker made history at the 2024 Paris Olympics by becoming the first Indian athlete to win two medals at a single edition of the Olympics, with two bronze medals in the women's 10-meter air pistol and mixed 10-meter air pistol team events.

Manu Bhaker has had a successful shooting career, winning multiple medals at the ISSF World Shooting Championships, ISSF World Cup, Asian Championships and Commonwealth Games. She has also won gold at the 2022 Asian Games and the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Bhaker's success in shooting, combined with her recent achievement at the Paris Olympics , has made her a household name in India.

Manu Bhaker is currently taking a break from the sport after her historic performance in Paris. Bhaker has said that she is going to stay away from shooting for a few months before beginning her preparations for future competitions later this year.
