After the positivity on Day Two, it is now time for Day 3 of the Paris Olympics, where the Indian contingent will aim to better their chances in the multi-sport showcase in the French Capital. Top athletes from India will be in competition as the country's first medalist in Paris, Manu Bhaker, will be in action in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Event. Bhaker will team up with Sarabjot Singh for the event. Check out a thorough preview of Day 3 of the Paris Olympics and which event will remain in the spotlight for today.

Day 3 at Paris Olympics: Manu Bhaker to be in mixed action, two medal events today

India's Bronze medalist shooter, Manu Bhaker, will aim for the gold after clinching the podium in the singles event. Medalist Manu will look to enhance her chances of clinching the gold as she will team up with Sarabjot Singh for the qualification Round. Arjun Singh Cheema and Rhythm Sangwan will also be in action at the same event and will aim for glory among the globe's top shooters. Prithviraj Tondaiman will also compete in the Trap Men's Qualification Round.  

The prime attention of the day will remain on the 10m Air Rifle Women's Final, where Ramita Jindal will be in action and her prime target will remain in a gold medal finish. The 10m Air Rifle Men's Final will also be in action, and Arjun Babuta will aim for the top spot on the podium and will look to clinch the gold.

Lakshya Sen will also be in action as he will face off against Julien Carraggi. The Indian shuttler's group-stage win was voided after his opponent, Guatemala's Kevin Cordon, pulled out due to an injury. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will be in doubles action in a group-stage match. After defeating New Zealand in their first game, the Indian hockey team will play Argentina in Pool B. In the men's team archery competition, archers Dhiraj Bommadevara, Tarundeep Rai, and Pravin Ramesh Jadhav will compete in the quarterfinals. Should they qualify, they would compete in the semifinals and final on the same day.
