Manika has been dominating in singles action as she nails a perfect comeback  against the Romanian athlete. 

Currently in round two, India is ranked tenth. They scored 49 points in the first round and haven't shot yet in the second. Maheshwari made 24 of his 25 shots. Anant scored a flawless 25.

Chauhan and Naruka have secured 49 points and are at the number 2 spot, clubbed with Australia, France, and Italy.

At 1:30 PM IST, Manika and Sreeja will compete as India plays Romania in the women's pre-quarterfinals.

Anant and Maheshwari hit the first three shots flawlessly. Right now in round 1, India is ranked eleventh.

M. Chaukhan and A.J.S. Naruka are yet to come in action as they might feature in the latter part of the event after the first nine teams wrap up.

Star shooter Manu Bhaker, who made history at the Paris Games by taking home two bronze medals, will carry the Indian flag during Sunday's Olympic closing ceremony.

Maheshwari and Anant from India are competing in the mixed team skeet qualification event in France.

Indian athletes will feature in the skeet mixed team event, and it will be the qualifiers. The event will begin at 12:30 PM IST.

In athletics, Sable will compete in the men's 3,000m steeplechase round one. His heat will begin at 10:50 PM IST.

Meanwhile, Kiran will compete in the women's 400m Round 1 at 3:57 PM IST.

The Bronze Medal match in badminton is something that the fans will keep an eye on as Lakshya Sen has a chance to make history with the podium finish.
