'Just The Start': Sarabjot Singh Reacts After Winning Bronze Medal For India At Paris Olympics

India's Pistol shooting pair of Sarabjot Singh and Manu Bhaker created history for the country when they won they beat South Korea to win a bronze medal in Mixed Team 10 M Air Pistol. The bronze medal was India's second medal at the Paris Olympics and also Manu Bhaker's second medal as she became the first Indian in independent era to win multiple medals at a Single Olympics. 

Winning Bronze for India proved to be a great moment for Sarabjot Singh as he won his first Olympic medal for the nation. Sarabjot took his time to reflect on his achievement and reacted on his Bronze win.

Sarabjot Singh reacts to winning Bronze for India 

Sarabjot Singh clutched up when it mattered most for India as when it felt like Korea would close in on India's lead of 14-10, Sarabjot made up for Bhaker's shot which missed the mark by a whisker and India won the bronze. 

As Sarabjot Singh reflected on his Bronze medal victory alongside Manu Bhaker he assured fans that it was only the beginning.

"OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDALIST! Very happy to have won a Bronze Medal along with Manu Bhaker in the 10M Air Pistol Mixed Team Event, for our country. It has been an amazing experience at Paris Olympic Games, my first Olympics. This is just the start," wrote Sarabjot Singh on his X account.

How Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh won Bronze for India 

Manu Bhaker was composure personified while Sarabjot Singh played an ideal foil as the pair won the 10m air pistol mixed team bronze defeating South Korea to script history at the Olympics here on Tuesday.

The Indian pair defeated the Koreans 16-10 to earn the country its second medal at the quadrennial showpiece, and in the process made Bhaker the first Indian post independence to bag two medals in a single edition of the Games.
