Stade de France witnessed Sweden's Armand Duplantis rise to new heights at Paris Olympics as he broke the world record in Pole Vault en route to Gold.

Day 10 at the Paris Olympics 2024 saw a humungous feat break as Sweden's Pole-Vault maestro Armand ‘Mundo’ Duplantis completed the highest jump in human history.
Armand Duplantis had already bagged the Gold Medal and was the only athlete competing at the Stade de France as he jumped to a height of an astonishing 6.25m to break the World Record and etch himself in Olympic History forever.
The Highest Jump In Human History
Armand Duplantis dubbed as ‘Mundo’ was competing in the Pole-Vault at Paris Olympics. Well there wasn't really competition for him as he was miles ahead of the rest and already bagged the Gold.
However, he was aiming for something more than Gold, a chance to create history at the grandest stage of Sports and he did just that. When Armand Duplantis started his runup he was the only man on the Olympic track at Stade de France and 80,000 fans cheered for the Swede to take his legacy to a new level.
And then it arrived, the deafening cheers of 80,000 people turned into the sheer adulation and joy as they witnessed, Mundo electrify the evening and make the highest jump ever seen in human history and that too at the Olympics.

As he came down on the other side of the barrel, Armand Duplantis had broken the World Record for the 9th time in his career but the first time at the Summer Games.
As it turned out, Duplantis celebrated mimicking the viral Turkish shooter Yusuf Dikec.
Armand Duplantis has now broken his own World Record and at 24 years of age he is already a two time champion at Olympics.
