Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh gave a tough fight to ir South Korean counterparts and re were instances when Koreans took le. Sarabjot's first attempt for Indians yielded a dismal 8.6, and Bhaker's shot of 10.2 resulted in an overall score of 18.8. With a total of 20.5, Koreans won first round and took a 2-0 le. After trailing 0–2, Bhaker demonstrated his consistency, which helped Sarabjot as y won following 4 rounds to increase ir le to 8–2. Throughout entire 13-round competition, Bhaker h just three strokes under par. Koreans faced an uphill battle as y gave in to pressure and lost 16–10, unable to equal ir opponents.
