Patriots suspend videographer involved in controversial Spygate 2.0 incident
The New England Patriots were caught in controversy ahead of Week 15. A member of the Patriots staff was caught filming the Cincinnati Bengals in Cleveland.

New England Patriots grabbed headlines in Week 15 even before kickoff. reason? A member of New England Patriots staff was caught filming Patriots' Week 15 opponents Cincinnati Bengals during ir game against Cleveland Browns last week. filming of Bengals was in direct violation of NFL policy as Patriots failed to inform Bengals and NFL of recorded foot. While New England Patriots did admit to violating NFL policy, y have w taken decision to suspend videographer who took foot of Bengals.

NFL: Patriots suspend Spygate 2.0 videographer
Dave Mondillo is man in question. Mondillo is a longtime full-time employee of Kraft Sports and Entertainment, headed by New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft. When incident first came to light, Patriots claimed that staff was recording foot for a behind--scenes video series called “Do Your Job". series features on Patriots' official website and provides a glimpse into day-to-day lives of New England Patriots staff.

Bengals incident has mirrored 'Spygate' incident that Patriots were involved in, way back in 2007. n, Patriots were caught videotaping New York Jets on sidelines. A $500,000 fine was levied on Patriots coach Bill Belichick after incident came to light. Patriots were also fined $250,000 and were docked team’s first-round pick in 2008 draft.

It remains to be seen what punishment is meted out to New England Patriots by NFL this time around. re has been speculation that Patriots could be handed a heavy fine. This fine could also accompany loss of a low-level draft pick, once NFL completes its investigation into what has w been termed as 'Spygate 2.0'.
