Puneri Paltan and Tamil Thalaivas are both in the lower half of the 2019 Pro Kabaddi League table. Puneri Paltan and Tamil Thalaivas continued their home leg on Wednesday at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi, Pune. Tamil Thalaivas entered the match on the back of an eight-match losing streak. Paltan has registered five victories from 16 games and are placed in the tenth position with 34 points. On the other hand, the Thalaivas have just three victories from 16 games and are last in the Pro Kabaddi points table standings with 27 points. The visitors were keen to get back to winning ways and move away from the last spot in the Pro Kabaddi table.

Puneri Paltan vs Tamil Thalaivas play out 36-36 stalemate

The 96th match of the Pro Kabaddi League 2019 saw Tamil Thalaivas take on Puneri Paltan. The home team dominated proceedings as star raider Manjeet looked in fine form. From 20 raids that were attempted, Manjeet took away 10 raid points in the Puneri Paltan vs Tamil Thalaivas match. Amit was Pune’s top defender picking up three tackle points from five attempts in the Pro Kabaddi league.
