India's star Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra finished second in the Zurich Diamond League with a throw of 85.71 meters. Following his gold in the World Athletics Championship there was a lot of excitement around this event. Neeraj will now be seen participating in the Diamond League final in Eugene.

Eight-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer was present at the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich alongside his wife Mirka Federer and their daughters Charlene Riva & Myla Rose. Their parents also accompanied them at the event as this was the last Diamond League event before the final in Eugene.

Federer seems to be enjoying his retirement life as the legendary tennis player was present at a Coldplay concert and even performed with the famous English band. United States' Noah Lyles who emerged victorious in the 200-meter race acknowledged Federer.

Later he took to the microblogging site X (formerly known as Twitter) to let his admiration known for the 20-time grand slam champion.
