Referees will wear a watch that vibrates and displays word 'Gol' when ball crosses line between posts. Goal-line techlogy is making its debut in Spanish football more than four years after it was opted by Europe's or top leagues. It was first used in two Japanese stiums during 2012 Club World Cup. English Premier League opted a version in 2013 and Italy, Germany and France followed suit in 2015, though French suspended techlogy after problems in January 2018 and switched to a different supplier for following season.
