"We don't want to miss out on good climatic conditions. As for sponsors, ir budgets also come out in month of April. So for ease of competitors, if I start (competitions) from January or February, it is t right.

Ghosh said it was crucial to have a proper communication channel with zonal bodies.

"Someone is sitting in south and he might t kw what is happening in east. I want to have people in all zones to give feedback to federation. We'll have to reach out to zones. I'm identifying people in various zones who can help us with feedback at grassroots and reach out to competitors for easy access," he ded.

Ghosh said a lot can be done financially for talented Indians so that y can prepare for international events.

"If I'm doing some event in our country and we don't have our drivers, to me, it doesn't look nice. Yes, it is good for sport for country and all that.

"I don't mind having Moto GP and all that. But I want to see our riders and drivers also have a seat re. Even here, we don't have our drivers and riders.

"Even in FIA Motorsport Games, I want to support drivers, have a selection process and send a good team," he said.

On harnessing Indian talent, Ghosh said, "We have talent. But we need ditional support... proper physio, dietician, a proper coach. So, if, we can generate some funds to promote talent internationally, that will be our priority."
