In 30 second vertisement, which also features actors Wesley Snipes and Matt Walsh, an anthropomorphic peanut shell falls from a cliff after being ejected from a ‘Nutmobile’. Following ejection, commercial goes on to show trio holding onto a branch before top hat and mocle-wearing peanut shell plummets to ground and falls alongside vehicle eventually explodes.

Speaking about vertisement, a Planters spokesman told international media that y are sdened by weekend’s news and that company has paused all campaign activities, including paid media, and will evaluate next steps through a lens of sensitivity to those impacted by this trdy.
