Juan Martin del Potro h undergone knee surgery in Spain last year and spent second half of 2019 recuperating. Sources close to Juan Martin del Potro say that knee is still t a 100 per cent and this has reportedly led Argentine to pull out of Australian Open 2020. Reports state that Juan Martin del Potro is still feeling some pain and discomfort in right knee. However, Juan Martin del Potro's camp has t me any official confirmation regarding pull-out.

Australian Open 2020: How serious is injury?

Last year, it was being said that Del Potro’s win at Queen’s Club would be last of his career due to severity of his injury. Del Potro hn’t seemed upbeat before surgery, saying that he did t kw what would happen next. Fortunately, operation and rehabilitation helped tennis player to start practising for his return.

However, while he was recuperating, Del Potro anunced that he would t be keeping his obligation at Intrum Stockholm Open in Sweden and Erste Bank Open 500 in Austria. He also pulled out of an exhibition match against Roger Federer due to knee surgery and rehabilitation.
