Rafael Nadal reveals perfect workout schedule at home to remain fit during quarantine

Rafael Nal shared a post on Instagram in which he is seen showing fans exercises he does every day at home to stay fit for when tennis season resumes.

In recent post on Instagram, Nal is seen using rubber bands while self-isolating at his house in Porto Cristo. If tennis season does get underway, Rafael Nal will need one more Grand Slam to equal Roger Federer's record of 20 Grand Slam titles. Currently, World . 2 has 19 Grand Slam titles to his name. This year he was once again a favourite to win title at  Roland Garros for a record 13th time before  lockdown. Spaniard will still remain main favourite if and when Roland Garros event goes ahe as per new schedule.

Nal donation for fight against coronavirus 

Following his rival Roger Federer making a donation for coronavirus in Switzerland, Nal donation to fight coronavirus in Spain came with help of a Red Cross fundraising effort. Joining likes of or athletes like Real Mrid captain Sergio Ramos, Rafael Nal me donation in order to fight outbreak of coronavirus in Spain. He took to social media and posted a video while talking about same.
