Virginia We was present at Arthur Ashe Stium on Sunday to witness Rucanu’s achievements. Rucanu won 10 matches straight at Flushing Meows, three during qualifying and seven in main draw, and became first woman to win US Open title without dropping a set since Serena Williams in 2014.
