UFC: Nate Diaz handed a 90-day suspension post controversial loss
Nate Diaz has been just handed a 90-day medical suspension for suffering the cut that caused the controversial end to his BMF title showdown against Masvidal.

BMF title encounter between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal at UFC 244 was called off after third round of fight due to medical stopp after Octagon-side doctors intervened and deemed Diaz to be unable to go to furr rounds, thanks to gruesome cuts to his face.

Nate, however, was lagging on all judge's scorecards when doctor stepped in to put an abrupt halt to showdown.
Nate Diaz shrugged off dam around his right eye to demand an immediate rematch against Masvidal, who was newly crowned Bdest Mor F***** by legendary Dwayne Johnson.

UFC News: Nate Diaz suspended after UFC 244
Diaz has w been handed a medical suspension, which would prevent him from competing for next 90 days to allow cuts on his face to fully heal and recover from bout, whilst Jorge Masvidal has received a 30-day suspension. This will keep Nate Diaz away from competitions until early February next year.

Masvidal was quick to offer Diaz a rematch, following controversial decision victory while it was clear that Masvidal was ahe on scorecard.
Apparently, Nate Diaz was t only fighter at UFC 244 to pick up a 90-day suspension. Former NCAA champion Gregor Gillespie was handed same amount of time away from c after a brutal kckout by Kevin Lee.

This is t first time Stockholm native has suffered a brutal cut to face. Nate Diaz and has struggled with it throughout his MMA career. UFC President Dana White opened up on situation post fight and revealed that Nate Diaz could undergo plastic surgery after getting sewed up in order to get cartil out of his eyebrow.
