3) Aggression Era (2002-07)

The aggression era brought in-your-face intense wrestling which did not leave viewers with a moment to breathe. The WWE does not officially recognize this era because of the controversy it brought. The dominant superstars from the Aggression Era have either departed from the brand or went on to bigger projects like movies and TV shows. Stars like Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero lost their lives in this era.

4) PG Era (2007-11)

The least favourite era in WWE is the PG era. The end product of WWE was watered down in this era. Expletives, sauciness, scandals, gore and excessive violence were cut out. Randy Orton, Batista, Edge and Jeff Hardy were the face of this era. Hulk Hogan was replaced by John Cena as the face of the company.
