WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has revealed his wishes to have a final retirement match in the WWE. Hogan is one of the most legendary figures in the WWE. His iconic 'Real American' theme song still gets fans singing and there is a chance that fans may get to witness it for one last time.
One last retirement match
Terry Bollea, who performs as Hulk Hogan', spoke to American media about his role as 'Hulk Hogan' and his struggles with getting old and losing his shape. Hogan had one of the most muscular physiques in the WWE but as he has gotten old, he has lost some of the muscle. Hogan's last match in the WWE was in 2006 and his last ever wrestling match was in rival promotion TNA's ring in 2013. Hogan revealed details about a conversation he had with WWE CEO Vince McMahon.
According to reports, Hogan wishes to have one final retirement match for himself and he wants it against the WWE CEO Vince McMahon, himself. Hogan has promised McMahon that once he gets an upcoming surgery done, he will work hard to get into the 'best shape' of his life. Hogan knows that it is a long journey but is ready to prepare for it and seems confident. Hogan, who rose to fame with the WWE, mentioned how he regretted not having wrestled his final match in a WWE ring.
Hogan and McMahon clashed with each other in Wrestlemania 19 and it will be interesting to see if McMahon makes the booking. McMahon, who is 74, will have to also work hard on his health if he wishes to make it to the ring. He has been notorious for having a very muscular physique although he was not a regular wrestler in the WWE but it will interesting to see if his age makes a difference to him. Hogan will appear on the WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view as his team clashes with Ric Flair's team in a 5-vs-5 Tag-Team match.
