WWE NXT-AEW Demographics
AEW Dynamite made a great debut last week alongside the weekly WWE NXT and managed to pull in a healthy number of viewership. WWE NXT managed to attract more adults (above 50) in comparison with AEW and it was their only accomplishment in terms of demographics. The ongoing MLB playoff games gave competition to both WWE NXT and AEW but AEW managed to pull off the show. In terms of viewership and number AEW is surely going to give high competition to WWE with big signings like Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley. According to reports, AEW Dynamite has managed to pull in 1,018,000 total number of viewers through TNT and additional 122,000 more through Tru Tv on its debut. However, WWE NXT had a downfall from 891,000 total viewers to 790,000 total viewers along with a drop in rating from o.32 per cent to 0.22 per cent. AEW Audience
AEW audiences have been loyal fans to the organisation and have drawn 50+ rating (0.30 per cent to 0.34 per cent). As per reports a lot of WWE fans have shifted themselves towards All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and the numbers are itself showing it. WWE NXT had to struggle a lot to keep up in pace with MLB and AEW but an attraction from older viewers was a positive sign. However, the clash of AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT will go on from now onwards with plenty of offerings to the wrestling universe and TV ratings are going to matter the popularity of these two rival wrestling organisations.
