Following a spectacular Friday Night SmakDown, all eyes were on WWE Raw to deliver similar exploits. The match card was stacked up plus some fun segments were on the line. Thus, let's take a look at what transpired on the night.

Major highlights

In the last many weeks, Judgment Day has somewhat become the certified starter of the weekly show, and this episode of Monday Night Raw was no different. After the segment related to Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhides, where WWE universe say Rhodes trying to convince Owens to give Jey Uso another chance, Dominik, Damien Priest and Finn Balor came out to initiate verbal back-and-forth. Aside from this Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins continued their tussle and once again Nakamura got the better of the World Heavyweight Champion. In the main event, Jey Uso squared off against Drew McIntyre.

WWE Raw Results

Dominik Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes: Another week another beating for Dominik. While it wasn't a squash match but Cody Rhodes did pick a flawless victory despite the presence of Damien Priest and Finn Balor outside the ring. 

Kofi Kingston vs. Ivar: It was a great match, which got involved the crowd, and after near falls from both ends, Kingston got the win after pulling off Trouble in Paradise.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ricochet: After last week's attack on Ricochet, the feud went into the ring this week. Nakamura's entry was cut short by Seth Rollins, and it seemed a brawl would break out, however, security handled the matter and took the Heavyweight Champion from the scene. The match then began, and after enjoying significant spells, Richochet struck Nakamura with the chair and endured a disqualification loss. Following the match,m Rollins once again made it to the middle and this time was all set to inflict heavy damage on Shinsuke but the latter countered and got away with what looked like a Pedigree on a chair.

Piper Niven and Chelsea Green vs. Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark: The match ended in a no-contest as Nia Jaxx interfered and took out everyone.

Chad Gable vs. Bronson Reed: Chad Gable did receive some push in the last few weeks, but this time he received a heavy beating from Bronson Reed. Reed got the win after a splash.

Becky Lynch vs. Natalya (NXT Women's Championship): After becoming the NXT champion last week, Becky Lynch issued an open challenge which was accepted by Natalya. The Man pinned Nat by Nature with a roll-up and got the win.

Giovanni Vinci vs. Tommaso Ciampa: Giovanni Vinci could not withstand the challenge of Tommaso Ciampa. After just 5 minutes, Ciampa prevailed via submission. 

Drew Mcintyre vs. Jey Uso: In the main event, Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre squared off, it was an even encounter however, the presence of Damian Priest at the ringside, who intended to become an aide but became a bearer of distraction, caused Jey Uso the match.
