WWE SmackDown Draft: Key things you should know before the Draft

WWE’s look is set to completely change with upcoming WWE Draft 2019. draft will be released on both  WWE rosters - SmackDown and Raw. first draft will be released on SmackDown on Friday, October 11, 2019. And second draft will release on Raw on Monday, October 14, 2019. Before rosters change, WWE anunced some official rules for SmackDown and Raw Drafts on Friday night.

WWE SmackDown Draft: Here are rules

• Seth Rollins, who is a Raw superstar, will go up against SmackDown’s Roman Reigns. If 'Universal Champion' wins match, Raw will get choice to pick first wrestler from SmackDown’s Roster. SmackDown will be given same vant if Reigns win match.

• re are more than 70 Superstars (including Tag Teams) in WWE currently and all have been placed in this year’s WWE Draft pool. However, only 30 Superstars are eligible to be drafted by SmackDown while rest of wrestlers will be eligible to get drafted on Monday Night Raw.

• Tag teams were counted as one in past WWE Drafts, and it’s still same rule this year, but if FOX or USA Network decide to pick one Superstar from team, that may happen.

• Superstars who would t be drafted, will immediately be declared as free nts and y would have a choice to go to eir Raw or SmackDown.

• Since SmackDown is a two-hour long show and Raw is a three-hour-long show, Raw will receive three picks for every two SmackDown gets. This way SmackDown will have 30 superstars in its team and almost 40 will be joining Red band show.
