WWE: Will Edge make his comeback? Rumours about his future and more

Adam Copeland, popularly known by his WWE ring name ‘Edge’ might come back to the WWE universe. It is reported that the former WWE Champion has signed a new deal with WWE and he will be back very soon. Edge is surely one of the most decorated WWE wrestlers of all time with a total of 31 championships in his WWE stint. The superstar was forced to retire from WWE due to an injury of spinal stenosis. However, it seems that he has received a green signal from his medical obstructions which is great news for WWE fans.
WWE news: Spear at SummerSlam
The WWE Hall of Famer made a comeback appearance at SummerSlam this year and received a grand welcome. Elias was in the ring when Edge made his return and stole his WWE moment. Edge confronted Elias in the ring and actually hit him with a spear. The spear indicated that Edge is in good physical shape and ready to make his comeback. Edge further cleared the air for WWE fans by saying that he feels like he can wrestle tomorrow on the Edge and Christian Podcast.
WWE over AEW?
It is also rumoured that Edge was very close to signing a deal with AEW for his wrestling comeback. According to a renowned newsletter, Edge was having talks with both AEW and WWE but the WWE Hall of Famer decided to stick to his former organisation for his comeback. Edge is going to turn 46 on October 30 while he continues to stay on the Edge and Christian Podcast. He was given a green signal by medical experts for his SummerSlam appearance but it is not confirmed whether he is given a total allowance for professional wrestling or not. Though, talks with AEW and WWE both have given a lot of hope for his fans. It was also rumoured that SmackDown debut on Fox will mark Edge’s entry but unfortunately it did not happen. WWE will likely bring him back this year or early 2020.
