Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Admits Shedding Tears After Meeting Special Fan On Wheelchair At An Event

WWE and Hollywood superstar Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock is one of the biggest stars of pro wrestling and the sports entertainment industry. Johnson, who is a third generation pro wrestler is widely regarded by his fans all over the globe. Johnson is also a board member and shareholder of TKO Group Holdings, the company that owns the WWE and UFC. The Rock is rumoured to be making his return in WrestleMania 41.
After the happenings of WrestleMania 40, Dwayne Johnson went away from the WWE for a brief time. Before leaving, The Rock warned the reigning WWE Universal champion Cody Rhodes that he still had some unfinished business with him and will return when the time is right. Johnson was expected to make an appearance at the recently concluded WWE pay-per-view Crown Jewel, but to the dismay of his fans, he was in Germany attending an event.

The Rock Interacts With His Special Fan
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson recently posted a video of himself meeting a fan who was on a wheelchair. The Rock's gesture towards the fan caught everybody off guard as he paused for a moment to a selfie with the fan and also read out a handwritten note that the fan had brought for him. In the social media post, Johnson also admitted to the fact that the fan's gesture made him pretty emotional and he had to hide his manly tears behind his sunglasses.

'This beautiful young lady in her wheelchair wrote me a letter and said I can read it later because this event was crazy with people everywhere, pulling at me. But I wanted to take some time and read it in front of her. Her loving words made me emo. Good thing I had my glasses on so no one could see my manly tears. Thank you love for taking the time to write to me, and thank you for coming out', wrote Johnson.

After the happenings of WrestleMania XL and The Rock's gimmick as the 'Final Boss', Johnson admitted that the WWE was planning for The Rock vs Roman Reigns as the main event for WrestleMania but the company was taken aback by how the fans were rooting for Cody Rhodes and hence they had to change the main event. After the Rock's appearance at WWE Bad Blood, it will be interesting to see if the WWE Universe gets a Reigns vs Rock main event at Vegas in Mania next year.
