The WWE has been scaling new heights under the leadership of Triple H. In what is being seen as the replication of the 'Attitude Era', the sports entertainment industry started soaring new heights after how WrestleMania XL played out earlier this year. WWE's most important pay-per-view (PPV) event, WrestleMania in 2024 broke many viewership records.
WrestleMania 40 recorded the feat of becoming the most watched Mania of all times. But Roman Reigns, The Original Tribal Chief has been at the forefront of it all and has carried the industry on his shoulders for a very long time. The Original Tribal Chief recently returned to WWE on August 3 after a hiatus of four months.

WWE Strip Reigns Off Promotional Material
Amid huge fanfare, Reigns surprised the WWE Universe with his return during SummerSlam 2024. The 'Head of the Table' interrupted Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhoades' match for the WWE Universal title. Reigns walked in and attacked his cousin Solo Sikoa who was later pinned by Rhodes. Roman Reigns is a top WWE star and even John Cena hailed him as the greatest of all time, but it seems that there is something brewing between Reigns and the WWE.

In a very surprising move, the WWE has reportedly removed Reigns from all the promotional materials of the September 13 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The shows premier in the USA Network is highly anticipated. Reigns initially was a part of the promotional material but he has now been replaced by Tiffany Stratton on the main banner of the show.
The former WWE Universal Champion's face had been a part of the promotional material since August 9th, but the latest alterations have set the rumour mills ablaze with various speculations regarding a possible rift between the sports entertainment industry and the Original Tribal Chief.

Tough Ride For Reigns In 2024
Reigns has had a tough 2024 so far. In the initial few months, he lost his WWE Universal title to Cody Rhodes which forced him to take a break and then he lost his father and uncle, the Wild Samoans, in a very short span of time.
