Rusev and Matt Hardy take shots at WWE for bizarre social media policy
Former WWE superstars Rusev and Matt Hardy recently took to social media and ripped into WWE's social media policy, with Rusev calling it "low class".

A couple of days ago, WWE posted a link to 2016 Clash of Champions match featuring Roman Reign and Miro aka Rusev. While promotion tagged Roman Reigns on post and ted how current Universal Champion captured his first US title at PPV, y did t tag Rusev. After Rusev saw post, he took to Twitter asked WWE to tag him. However, while talking about same in his recent Twitch stream, Rusev ripped into WWE's social media policy by calling it ‘low class’.
“I think it’s so, so, so stupid because I don’t work for WWE, but I still get WWE checks every quarter like merch and stuff y still sell it and y still send me money. I ain’t freaking de eir so why wouldn’t you tag me? Why wouldn’t you use tag? Why wouldn’t you do that? I’m just trying to understand.”

After Rusev, me se comments, AEW star Matt Hardy chimed in on topic while interacting with fans. Matt Hardy claimed that WWE doesn’t allow ir “social media folks” to tag released superstars because wrestlers like Rusev w exist in ‘entire professional wrestling universe, as opposed to solely WWE’. Matt Hardy n praised AEW and wrote that Tony Khan’s company ackwledges all pro-wrestlers, even if y belong to ir competition. Matt Hardy n me it clear that he’s just stating facts and has personal problems with Vince McMahon or WWE.

WWE's bizarre social media rules
Apart from t tagging released superstars, WWE also doesn’t tag active superstars who go by ir real name or any n-WWE name on social media. Braun Strowman, for example, goes by his real name am Scherr on Instagram. As such, WWE rarely tags him in ir posts. y inste use hashtags ahe of his name to make post go viral.

On work front, Matt Hardy is currently in a feud with Sammy Guevara and recently defeated him at AEW All Out PPV. Despite taking win, Matt Hardy suffered a concussion during match and was rushed to hospital afterwards. Rusev, on or hand, continues to stream on Twitch almost every week after bidding goodbye to pro-wrestling.
