A very different world for Lashley
In the interview, Lashley revealed that since he is from a background that was more amateurish, the story-driven world of WWE was strange to him. Lashley mentioned how his roots are mostly about fighting and how he has had to adapt to the WWE's demands of storylines where he may have to 'crack a joke' or 'sing on TV' Lashley added that although he was initially foreign to this world, he eventually got used to it as he understood that these characteristics help the audience in understanding a character.
