Last week’s WWE SmackDown saw NXT superstars invading the blue brand show and brutalising many WWE Superstars. It all began with NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler coming to the ring and punishing SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley after her title match against Nikki Cross. Semi Zayn then squared up and was manhandled by NXT tag team duo Keith Lee and Matt Riddle. After Bray Wyatt was not able to make it to the stadium, The Miz was forced to face the Blackheart Tommaso Ciampa. And in the main event of SmackDown, NXT Champion Adam Cloe defeated former WWE champion, Daniel Bryan. After dominating the night, many NXT superstars including WWE COO Triple H took to Twitter and expressed their emotions.
