WWE Raw Results: Fans go in a frenzy as the return of Randy Orton has been annouced

Ahead of the much anticipated WWE Survivor Series PLE, certain developments took place on Monday Night Raw. From Drew McIntyre and Jey Uso settling out in the ring to the announcement of the 5th member of Cody Rhodes' team, so much happened at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With just a handful of days left before the commencement of Survivor Survivors, a major announcement has got the WWE Universe excited. It is the return of a former champion. Who? It is left for guessing but the choice is clear. Moreover, the new No.1 contenders for the Women's tag titles have been made. Aside from this, there was a lot more on the night to satisfy the action quotient.

WWE Raw Results

• Nia Jax vs. Raquel Rodriguez: The action commenced with the Women's singles match between Nia Jax and Raquel Rodriguez. It was a much-anticipated encounter as both women are known to showcase dominance in the squared circle. Jax controlled the early minutes and Rodriguez came back eventually. The match concluded when Rodriguez failed to lift Jax, which in turn allowed Nia to deliver her finisher and get the pinfall victory.
• Becky Lynch vs. Xia Li: Women's match followed up with another high-intensity women's encounter. Becky Lynch squared off against Xia Li and in a competitive encounter "The Man" prevailed in the end. The threat of Dama CTRL was lurking but Charlotte Flair and Co. saved the day for Lynch.
• Johnny Gargano vs. Ludwig Kaiser: Ludwig Kaiser and Johnny Gargano came face to face in the ring and in a quest to prove that he did not need the help of Giovani Vinci, it all went wrong for Kaiser, and he lost the match.
• Women's Tag Team No. 1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way: Natalya and Tegan Nox, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae, and Ivy Nile and Maxxine Dupri made up the four teams. Winner: Tegan Nox and Natalya
• Chad Gable vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: Shinsuke Namakura takes on Alpha Academy's Chad Gable a week after defeating the other half of the team, Otis. While the match lasted more minutes, the result was the same i.e., Nakamura won via pinfall.
• Drew Mcintyre vs. Jey Uso: After what happened at the Crown Jewel, the rivalry between Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre finally ushered into the ring. It was expected to be a competitive match but also some outside interferences could be gauged. However, no meddling in the match took place and eventually, it was McIntyre, who picked up a clean victory over Uso.

After the culmination of the match, Judgment Day and the team Cody caused a ruckus and after the separation was done, Rhodes revealed the 5th member of the team that will join them at Survivor Series. Rhodes did not take the name but made it clear that it is none other than the Viper Randy Orton.
