WWE Star John Cena Shares More Details As Farewell Tour Kicks Off In 2025
Superstar John Cena recently in an interview provided more insight into his farewell tour which kicks off in 2025 which will be his last year in WWE.

John Cena has been the name WWE has been associated with for well over a decade. The wrestler has several times been nicknamed as ‘The Face That Runs The Place’. John Cena is possibly the greatest and one of the most influential wrestlers not just in WWE but in all of sports entertainment.
The 16 time World Champion joined WWE back in 2002 and was a regular sight in all of WWE's shows and pay-per-views. Although the star has not been much active in WWE for the past few years due to him having joined Hollywood, anytime John Cena appears, it is a delight for the fans.

Retirement Tour
Earlier this year at WWE's Money In The Bank pay-per-view, Cena announced that he will be retiring from WWE and that 2025 will be his last year in the company. During his speech Cena said, "Why am I here? Tonight I officially announce my retirement from the WWE." He further announced that 2025 will be his last year in WWE and he will be going on a retirement tour to pay homage to the fans of WWE around the world.

While working as a part-time for WWE over the past few years, John Cena has grown his career in Hollywood a lot, appearing in movies such as Suicide Squad and Fast X. His farewell tour in WWE is officially being called "The Last Time is Now John Cena Farewell Tour."

More Details Regarding The Farewell
Recently John Cena gave an interview with Collider during which he shared more details regarding his farewell tour. Currently filming the second season of Peacemaker,
John Cena stated that, “I can probably confirm that Peacemaker will take us to the end of 2024, and I can say that with the utmost conviction because I have given the calendar year 2025 to WWE. I am retiring in 2025, and I start that farewell tour in January. I’ll end it in December, and it’s going to be right around 36 dates around the world to pay thanks and gratitude to the WWE audiences around the world. So that’s what I’m doing in 2025.”

The retirement tour will see John Cena appear on several WWE shows such as The Royal Rumble, the first RAW on Netflix and John Cena's final WrestleMania in Las Vegas.
