Apple has announced a whole new web interface of the Apple Music service. Up until now, Apple offered the iPhone and MacBook-compatible Apple Music app on their devices. The Cupertino giant has expanded the accessibility of Apple Music service to the web browser. So, Apple users can now access Apple Music directly through a browser. Apple Music users need not install iTunes or a separate Apple Music app. The new web interface of Apple Music has been launched as a public beta. The web interface of Apple Music public beta is available to subscribers. If you are an Apple Music subscriber, you can access the web interface at beta.music.apple.com.

Apple Music web interface resembles Apple's new upcoming standalone app later this year. Apple is set to release its standalone Music app with macOS later this year. The only difference between Apple Music web interface and standalone Music app would be that the former runs inside a web browser. Apart from that, everything else seems to be pretty much the same. According to Apple, Apple Music web should work with all web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge. It should also work with all devices, including Windows 10, Chrome OS, etc. The web interface of Apple Music should also work on mobile platforms such as Android.

Its landing page has a user interface (UI) including design and colours that seem consistent with existing Apple Music interfaces on standalone iOS and macOS app. At the left side of your screen, right below Apple Music branding, you can see three filters options: For You, Browse and Radio. You will also find a link to install Apple Music at the bottom. As you scroll down, you will find curated playlists, new music, hot tracks. Under 'More to Explore,' you can find songs by Genres, Top Charts and Music Videos. At the end of the page, you will find an option to purchase Apple Music subscription, so that you get Ad-free access to the entire Apple Music library
