How to schedule a meeting in Zoom
Step 1: Open Zoom in the web browser on your personal computer.
Step 2: Now, sign into the Zoom desktop client with your log in credentials.
Step 3: Next, the Schedule option under the Meetings tab.
Step 4: Fill in all the details. The list includes details such as Topic, Attendees, Date and Time, Calendar service to share the invite (Outlook and Google Calendar), Location, Room, description setting the context of the meeting, Visibility, Allow Attendees to (Modify the event, Invite others, See list of attendees), Meeting Security, Encryption, Meeting ID (Personal Meeting ID or Generate Automatically), Video (Host and Participant), Audio (Telephone only, Computer Audio only, Both), and Interpretation.

Step 1: Open Google Meet on a web browser on your personal computer.
Step 2: the New Meeting option.
Step 3: Select the option that says 'Schedule in Google Calendar.
Step 4: Next, fill in all the details. The list includes Subject of the meeting, Timing, Location, Emailing list, Date, Notification list, Name of the host, Visibility of the host, Name of the host, and a message for the invitees.
Step 5: Now on the Invite others option available in the side panel.
Step 6: Add the email IDs of the guests whom you want to invite in the meeting.
Step 7: the 'Join with Google Meet' button on top.
On doing so, a meeting invite will be sent to all the invitees.
