Use GIPHY
If you are still facing an issue, you can downlo GIPHY app from Apple App Store and enable it from man section. This should fix problem. GIPHY allows you to search for exact content and in same format as #ims.

Factory Reset
If all else fail, you should try factory resetting your device to solve issue. To do so, he over to your phone settings and follow se steps:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings > Confirm on pop-up window.
