He wrote in a letter that organisation has its operations and employees like any or multinational techlogy companies in China where se companies operate as subsidiaries of US parent company. Zoom app was founded in year 2012 and is hequartered in California, incorporated in Delaware, and publicly tred on NASDAQ. CEO also mentioned that he moved to USA in 1997 and he gained US citizenship in year 2007.
