How to access Office app for Android in public preview

It should be pretty simple. Just he over to Android and iOS app stores to downlo public preview of Office app, which is available for free to use. Although you need t sign in to get started, logging in gives you access to files associated with your account and stored in cloud.

Step 1: Join OfficeMobileAndroidPreview group on Google by using your email ID. here.

Step 2: 'Join this group' option.

Step 3: Once you've joined group, you will receive a link to Play Store listing of app.

Step 4: Select option 'Become a tester.'

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation that you've successfully joined testing program.

Step 6: Get early access to app by downloing it via Play Store.

"We started by combining existing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint mobile apps into a single app. Doing so brings all of your Office documents toger in one place, reduces need to switch between multiple apps, and significantly reduces amount of used on your phone compared to multiple installed apps," Microsoft's Bill Doll said.

re's absolutely guarantee that a person using Word app will also use PowerPoint app. But in any case, having to install separate apps is a really tedious task and Microsoft is probably looking to fix it.
