This means if you are receiving  'StreamFest is at capacity' mess on your browser or app, you will have to wait for portal to tify you.

But, what if fest ends before or users are tified?  streaming portal's support website res: "Due to overwhelming response to StreamFest, you may see mess 'StreamFest is at capacity'. You can give us your email ID or phone number at netflix.com/StreamFest and we'll let you kw within week when you can get your two days of free Netflix." So, this means that every aspirant is eligible for two days of free Netflix and y will be tified whenever streamer is rey to give m a chance.
