Mumbai-based Psychiatrist, Dr. Nahid Dave has seen an increase in the number of patients or concerned parents turning up in order to treat addiction to gaming. She says:

“There has been a definite increase, especially in relation to the game PUBG. But I don’t think it (addiction) is limited to this game. Earlier it was with another game called Counter-Strike. Now it is PUBG.”
