Online food ordering and delivery platform Swiggy on Wednesday anunced launch of 'Swiggy Go'. Swiggy Go - company's pick-up and drop service will first launch in Bengaluru. Swiggy said it has plans to expand Swiggy Go service to more than 300 cities by next year. But for w, Swiggy Go is available only in Bengaluru. Interestingly, Swiggy Go will t be limited to food delivery.

What is Swiggy Go?
In a nutshell, Swiggy Go is thing but an instant pick up and drop service to send packs anywhere in city. Like Swiggy Stores, Swiggy Go will also be part of app, company said in a statement. Swiggy Go can be used to pick up and drop off laundry, get forgotten keys, send lunch boxes from home to office or even deliver documents or parcels to clients, it added. Swiggy also anunced expansion of its Swiggy Stores to Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Bengaluru will be first city in country to experience Swiggy do last-mile delivery for everything, t just food, he added. Swiggy's dedicated fleet will make all deliveries for Swiggy Go and Stores. This will give company's delivery partners access to an additional avenue for income, statement said. All delivery partners eng with Swiggy on principle to principle basis and receive life insurance, medical and accident cover, it added.

w that Swiggy Stores has been expanded to Bengaluru and Hyderabad. In Bengaluru, Swiggy will deliver from over 300 merchant-partners like Godrej Nature's Basket, Nilgiri's, Organic World, Heads Up For Tails and Nandu's Chicken. Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, Swiggy has partnered with about 200 merchant-partners such as Ratnadeep, Ghanshyam, Sneha Chicken, Yellow and Greens and 24 Organic Mantra. Recently, National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) asked companies such as Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats and Food Panda to pull plug on deep discounts while addressing or issues. (With ncy inputs)
