WhatsApp could soon allow you to use the same mobile number on up to 4 devices
WhatsApp may soon allow its users to use their WhatsApp mobile number on as many as four devices, but the feature is still in its development stage.

And while company has a WhatsApp Web feature for PC, it also requires a user to have ir smartphone close to computer. So, once multi-device feature is finally introduced, you will be able to use same WhatsApp on two phones at same time.
