  • Users are requested to log out of Facebook by ing arrow on top right corner termed as "Logout."
  • PC users will have to clear cookies and cache that will be listed on top right corner of ir browser page in a three-dot icon. on 'More tools>Clear browsing data>Clear data."
  • As for mobile users, y must make sure that y're using most updated version of app by taking a look at it on  Play Store/App Store.
  • Users can also try restarting ir computer or phone to confirm wher problem is sliding from ir end.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling app if problem still prevails.
