A major upgre in next iOS 18 version will be OpenAI's ChatGPT integration, which Apple claims will make Siri even smarter. So, when a user activates Siri on ir eligible iPhone, y will have an option to directly talk to ChatGPT and seek answers to complex questions, which Apple's voice assistant may not be able to handle. What can iPhone users do with ChatGPT integration?

ChatGPT integration will be a part of Apple Intelligence, which means it will work on iPhone 15 Pro and higher models. It also requires user to set ir iPhone language to English (US), since that is only supported language currently. ChatGPT integration will let OpenAI's chatbot work in iOS natively, as opposed to its functionality through ChatGPT app. However, experience may be about same.

Talk to ChatGPT directly: According to demonstration at WWDC 2024, iPhone users can trigger ChatGPT by saying "Ask ChatGPT." Siri will immediately understand request and send query to ChatGPT.

iPhone users can create images using voice: One of best functionalities of ChatGPT integration will be ability to create images using voice prompts. While text inputs will also be supported, iPhone users could ask ChatGPT to create any sort of images based on ir descriptions.
