E-commerce giant Amazon is trying to improve its voice assistant's Alexa privacy with all-new Alexa Privacy Hub. On the grounds of privacy concerns, Amazon's Alexa Privacy Hub to let users delete Alexa recordings on all Alexa-enabled devices, using simple voice commands! Here's what you need to do: Go to Amazon app to delete Alexa recordings one by one. Alternatively, you can also through the Amazon website to delete all your recordings at once.

"Coming soon, a new Alexa Privacy Hub will offer a single source of information on how Echo devices are designed as well as the controls you have over your Alexa experience. It will also be easier than ever before to delete your voice recordings on all Alexa-enabled devices - all you have to do is ask," Amazon said in a statement Wednesday.

As a result, Amazon users will now be able to delete recordings by using simple voice commands such as "Alexa, delete what I just said" or "Alexa, delete everything I said today." After your voice commands are successful processed, your respective recordings will be deleted. There have been growing concerns about Amazon's voice data storing practices. Amazon has stated that it collects voice data to improve the performance of its Alexa voice assistant.

In related news, Amazon has also announced that it will start shipping its latest 'Echo Show 5' device to India starting from July. Amazon Echo Show 5 comes at the price of Rs 8,999 in the Indian market. Amazon Echo Show 5 has a 5.5-inch screen to offer. The device also features has an HD camera, built-in camera shutter and of course, Amazon's virtual assistant Alexa.

Addressing privacy concerns, Amazon also offers a camera shutter to cover the camera when not in use. However, you can still talk to Alexa with the camera shutter off. Similar to all other Amazon Echo Show devices, the Echo Show 5 provides users with 'microphone/camera off button,' It disconnects both the microphone and camera. There is also a pretty clear visual indication when audio or video is streaming to the cloud.

"Echo devices are built with multiple layers of privacy protections," the statement said.
