CES 2019, that goes underway from January 8 which is not too far away from now, is focusing big on Artificial Intelligence and Data-driven models intensively. Here, it is worth noting that Artificial Intelligence aka AI has the potential to drive what it takes to make multiple societal processes smarter. These include applications in important sectors such as healthcare, retail, automotive, and evens mart cities.
At this juncture, the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) is already upon us and one of the key building blocks here is AI. Experts believe that businesses adapting Industry 4.0 concepts driven by AI could turn smarter and efficient to drive maximum productivity as newer technology-driven techniques plead to taking smarter decisions that are purely a result of data analysis.

Now, a lot of business aspects could be practically driven by the AI which could lead to automation and consequently eliminate human intervention at various initial levels. Data is a key element in AI; another process that is a result of smart intervention si robotics (driven by AI) to even augment humans at multiple levels.
As far as the CES 2019 is concerned, there is a dedicated track focusing on use cases in AI across diverse sectors such as health, cybersecurity, and mobility. Here, problem solving is key; all these sectors undoubtedly represent potential opportunities for data scientists to employ data-driven models to solve issues. Hence, if you are a data scientist, or even a technology enthusiast, then it should do no harm to check out the exclusive AI track at the CES event. There are multiple sessions taking place on January 7 and January 10 at LVCC, North Hall, N256 and LVCC North Hall N258 respectively. Featured speakers include the likes of Arun Vemury who is a familiar face in the field of AI research.
