CES 2019: LG 88-inch OLED TV Supporting 8K Resolution, Amazon Alexa Support, and Styler Steam Closet Officially Showcased.
As expected, LG has officially showcased and announced its 88-inch OLED TV whose USP is that it supports 8K resolution and is integrated with AI to optimize content to suit users’ needs. The TV also incorporates a light sensor that dynamically sets the output based on the ambient lighting conditions.
With the official announcement of the LG 88-inch TV, another USP of the hardware which is its AI integration has now come to the fore. This has been a huge requirement potentially considering the fact that AAI is slated to make machines smarter, and capable of thinking like humans, over the course of the decade.
Now, as far as the LG 88-inch OLED TV is concerned, here to check out our previous article on the innovation. With respect to TVs, LG’s future Smart TVs would come with Alexa integrated and support smarter operation.
Along with the above, LG also announced that the LG Fridge would be able to reorder items with the help of Amazon Dash. This means that the AI would identify when is the best time for users to replace the water filter and detect problems, if any.
Finally, LG sprang an apparent surprise by making official its LG Styler steam closet with which it is possible to refresh clothes in a matter of minutes, through a smart Wi-Fi system that cares for clothes.
