Infinix Hot 50 5G India launch: Infinix today launched a new entry-level 5G smartphone in India today. newly launched smartphone is dubbed as Infinix Hot 50 5G and it joins league of smartphones that offer 5G connectivity at a price less than Rs 10,000. On feature front, newly launched Infinix Hot 50 5G comes with some top-of--line features such as a 48MP dual camera setup, a 5000mAh large battery and support for Android 14 to name a few. It also brings AI-based features to sub-Rs 10,000 smartphone category.

Infinix Hot 50 5G will be available in India in two variants. base variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space will be available at a price of Rs 8,999, top variant of phone with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space will be available at a price of Rs 9,999.

Interested buyers will be able to get Infinix Hot 50 5G in Sleek Black and Sage Green colour variants starting September 9.

On design front, Infinix Hot 50 5G is available in plastic and vegan lear back finishes. It has a sleek profile of 7.8mm and it comes with IP54 dust and water-resistant coating. It will be available in Sleek Black, Vibrant Blue, Sage Green and Dreamy Purple colour options.

Coming to specifications, Infinix Hot 50 5G sports a 6.7-inch HD+ punch-hole display with a dynamic screen refresh rate of 120Hz refresh rate, a 93.9 percent screen-to-body ratio and thin bezels. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G system-on-chip (SoC) that is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. This space can be expanded using a microSD card of up to 1TB space. phone runs Android 14-based XOS 14.

As mentioned before, Infinix Hot 50 5G comes with a host of AI-powered features. Users get access to ASK AI, which company says serves as a writing assistant, and AI Voice Capture that lets users capture images using voice commands. phone also offers AI Wallpaper Generator and AI Gallery, which Infinix says lets users find images using conversational queries.

On camera front, Infinix Hot 50 5G sports a 48MP dual camera setup at back with support for 12 camera modes. On front, it has an 8MP camera with LED flash. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for an 18W fast charger.
