iPad Mini 7 with Apple Pencil support goes on sale in India: Check price, top features

iP Mini 7 sale: Apple launched iP Mini 7 with A17 Pro chipset and Apple Pencil support in India last week. Now, almost a week after launch, newly launched iP Mini 7 is available for purchase in country. Interested buyers can purchase this iP from Apple's online store, Apple Stores in New Delhi and Mumbai and or offline and online sellers in Space Grey, Purple, Starlight and Blue colour variants.

Apple 's new iP Mini comes in three storage variants. base variant with 128GB of RAM is priced at Rs 49,900, while top variant with 512GB of storage space is priced at Rs 79,900. iP Mini is also available in a third 256GB variant that is priced at Rs 59,900 in India.

Coming to specifications, iP Mini 7 sports an 8.3-inch LED backlit Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2266 x 1488 pixels, fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating, and 500 nits of peak brightness. In dition to this, iP Mini 7 comes with support for Apple Pencil Pro, Apple Pencil with USB -C port and Apple Pencil hover.

This newly launched iP Mini model is powered by company A17 Pro chipset. This is same chip that company used in its last year's iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max smartphones. As mentioned above, it comes in three storage options -- 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. In dition to this, it features support for Apple Intelligence, which is expected to arrive with iPOS 18.1 update later this month.

Coming to cameras, iP Mini 7 has a 12MP camera in front with support for 1080p HD video recording capabilities at up to 60fps and image and video stabalisation capabilities. At back, it has a 12MP wide-angle lens with support for up to 5x digital zoom, auto image stabalisation, cinematic video stabalisation, and slow motion and time lapse modes. rear camera supports 4K video recording at up to 60fps.

On audio front, iP Mini 7 has landscape stereo speakers and dual microphones for calls, video recording and audio recording. Coming to connectivity, iP Mini 7 has dual-band WiFi, Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, and Bluetooth 5.3.
