Apple ’s brand-new iPhone 16 brings notable feature improvements, AI-powered tools, and a minor redesign over previous models, yet costs the same. It starts at Rs 79,900 in India. Last year’s iPhone 15 was launched for the same price, but Apple slashed the cost by Rs 300, owing to the reduction in customs duty on imported mobile phone components announced earlier this year. With the iPhone 16, Apple has gone back to its standard pricing. Outside of India, Apple has continued with the prices respective to each market.

Apple will sell the iPhone 16 at a starting price of AED 3,399, approximately Rs 77,725 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). The iPhone 16 Plus will start at AED 3,799 (roughly Rs 86,872), while the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will cost AED 4,299 (roughly Rs 98,303) and AED 5,099 (roughly Rs 1,16,595), respectively.

In Hong Kong, the iPhone 16 will be available starting at HKD 6,899 (roughly Rs 74,307), while the starting cost of the iPhone 16 Plus is HKD 7,699 (roughly Rs 82,927). The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max start at HKD 8,599 (roughly Rs 92,614) and HKD 10,199 (roughly Rs 1,09,847), respectively.
