As part of Apple’s display module replacement initiative, all affected iPhone X users will be eligible for replacement of a display module at ditional cost.

Yet ar issue that users are facing is that display on some units would respond even when y are t touched. Meanwhile, Apple anunced ar service program for 13-inch MacBook pro users without touch bar, highlighting issues with its solid-state drives (SSDs). Apple said that it has determined issues with certain 128GB and 256GB SSDs on its 13-inch MacBook Pro models sold between June 2017 and June 2018. As a result, users may face issues such as data loss and failure of drive. Apple said that it will service affected SSDs for free.

Apple has mentioned certain guidelines to help users understand this replacement process. Apple recommends that one should locate an authorized service provider from its official website and make an appointment at a retail store. Affected users are also requested to connect with Apple support to arrange mail-in service via its Repair Center. As for MacBook Pro users, a technician will update drive firmware that approximately makes up to an hour. laptop shall be given back to user post reinstallation of macOS.
